Optical bonding is a process that bonds protective glass, light guide, touchscreen to display with an optically clear resin, making displays more rugged with enhanced visual performance. It is mainly used in rough outdoor, high humid environment. We see them in, industry, avionics, military, nautics, medical, automotive and consumer displays. In Votan d.o.o. we provide expertise in our class 10,000 clean rooms, wet bond technologies for optical bonding service ranging from 6-inch to 86-inch displays.
Electronic ink is a popular type of electronic paper display technology, characterized by a wide viewing angle and low power requirements. E Ink screen will be retained even when all power sources are removed, it is reflective so no backlight. In Votan cleanrooms we can optically bond up to 84-inch front light guide and enhance characteristics.
In manufacturing facilities Votan d.o.o. we designed cleanrooms to maintain extremely low levels of particulates, such as dust, airborne organisms, particles. Using progressively finer filters to exclude dust, the air in our facility is constantly recirculated through fan HEPA filter units. We use ionizing bars to control static electricity.
